Welcome to XectiQ Computer Education Pvt. Ltd. (“XectiQ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering as a center, student, or using any service on www.xectiqindia.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or any related services.
XectiQ may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Nature of Service
XectiQ operates as a computer education franchise network offering verified digital learning, training, certification, and support to authorized centers and students across India.
All listings, course data, and student records are submitted by registered centers and are subject to review, verification, and approval by XectiQ.
3. User Responsibilities
All users agree to:- Provide accurate and verified details during registration.
- Keep login credentials confidential and secure.
- Take responsibility for all actions under their account.
- Avoid sharing access credentials or impersonating others.
Fraudulent activity, false data submission, or unauthorized access will result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Center Registration Requirements
To qualify as an authorized XectiQ center, applicants must:
- Maintain at least 5 working computers and 150 sq. ft. operational space.
- Provide accurate institute, owner, and document details.
- Upload only genuine student and academic data.
XectiQ reserves the right to verify, audit, or revoke access if compliance standards are not maintained.
5. Platform Use and Content
Centers must:
- Supervise all online/offline exams and prevent malpractice.
- Refrain from creating or using fake certificates or mark sheets (strictly prohibited and legally actionable).
- Allow the use of uploaded institute names, logos, or visuals for verification or official promotion within the XectiQ network.
No material from this website may be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission from XectiQ.
6. XectiQ Wallet
The XectiQ Wallet operates on a points-based internal system.
Each point represents value usable only for internal services such as:
- Certificate generation
- Digital ID cards
- Student records
- Dashboard utilities
Wallet points cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or refunded as cash. Franchise centers are solely responsible for wallet security. XectiQ is not liable for misuse resulting from credential sharing or negligence.
7. Payment, Refund & Gateway Policy
- All payments made toward franchise setup, student services, or wallet recharge are non- refundable once processed.
- Transactions are handled via secure third-party gateways; XectiQ does not store card or banking details.
- Refunds are considered only in case of duplicate transactions, verified within 7 working days by both the bank and XectiQ.
- Users must verify all details before payment; XectiQ is not responsible for user errors or failed transactions.
8. Account Deactivation, Inactivity & Termination
- Centers seeking voluntary deactivation must email support@xectiqindia.com with 15 day's notice.
- Accounts inactive for 90+ days (no student entries, wallet use, or communication) may be terminated automatically.
- Any account involved in data falsification, violations, or illegal activity will be terminated immediately without notice or compensation.
9. Technical Support & Access
Authorized XectiQ support personnel may temporarily log into franchise or student panels to resolve technical issues.
Such access is strictly confidential and limited to troubleshooting purposes.
10. Communication Consent
By submitting your contact details, you authorize XectiQ to reach you via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email for registration, training, or service updates.
You may opt out of promotional communications by writing to support@xectiqindia.com.
11. Franchise Conduct Policy
Franchise partners must:
- Represent XectiQ with professionalism and integrity.
- Use official brand assets only as permitted.
- Protect all student records from unauthorized access.
- Avoid operating competing training programs using XectiQ materials.
- Maintain transparency in enrollments and finances.
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of franchise privileges.
12. Content Accuracy & Disclaimer
XectiQ strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee completeness.
Reported inaccuracies will be corrected within 7 working days.
User opinions, reviews, or comments do not represent XectiQ's official stance.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post or share false, offensive, or misleading information.
- Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
- Engage in spam, unauthorized data collection, or hacking.
- Register fake centers or impersonate XectiQ representatives.
Violations will result in permanent account suspension and may lead to legal proceedings.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and digital materials are the exclusive property of XectiQ Computer Education Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act and Trademark Act.
15. Limitation of Liability
XectiQ provides services on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or specific results.
XectiQ and its officers shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use our platform.
16. Modification of Services
XectiQ reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or function at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
