1. Overview
XectiQ Computer Education Pvt. Ltd. is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions with our franchise partners, students, and customers.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made through our website or associated systems may be eligible for refund or cancellation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests are accepted only if submitted immediately after payment and before processing or activation of the respective service.
- Once registration, wallet recharge, course activation, or certificate generation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Requests made after initiation of franchise setup, student registration, or content activation are not eligible for cancellation.
XectiQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
- The transaction violates company policy or involves suspected misuse.
- The center or student account is inactive, incomplete, or under verification review.
3. Refund Policy
- Payments made for franchise registration, student services, courses, or XectiQ Wallet recharges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or technical error, confirmed jointly by the payment gateway and XectiQ.
- Once verified, refunds will be processed within 9–15 working days through the same payment method used in the transaction.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Incorrect or incomplete payment details entered by the user.
- Voluntary deactivation or non-usage of services.
- Services already rendered (e.g., certificate generation, ID issuance, course access, or training modules).
4. Damaged or Defective Deliverables
If any digital or printed item (certificate, mark sheet, etc.) is found damaged, misprinted, or inaccurate, please report it to

After internal verification, corrected documents will be reissued at no additional cost.
Physical replacements (if applicable) will be made only after confirmation from XectiQ's verification team.
5. Service Quality Concerns
If a center or student believes a service differs from its description on the website, such concerns must be reported on the same day of activation to our support team.
Following an internal review, XectiQ will determine whether a replacement, adjustment, or no action is appropriate.
This decision will be final and binding.
6. Manufacturer / Third-Party Warranty
For any third-party or hardware-related products (if offered in the future), warranty and service obligations will rest solely with the respective manufacturer or vendor.
XectiQ shall not be held responsible for such third-party claims.
7. Refund Timeline
In the event of an approved refund, the amount will reflect in the customer's account within 9 to 15 business days after processing.
Please note that delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond XectiQ's control.
